One of my favorite records of all time has been reissued. @edanexists 's "Beauty And The Beat" is such a detailed and wonderful ride I keep discovering new facets ever since it came out 16/17 years ago. At that time it was literally impossible to think of the existence of such music. This guy got unusual gift as if Santa Claus brought you dental floss! It is psychedelic, experimental and stays true to the core of Rap. The self proclaimed "grand master multi tasker" goes deep, goes fun, everywhere - this record sounds like an entire life. I played my original copy down to unplayability so I appreciate this rei-ish although it is limited to too scarce quantities. Few copys expected to touch down at @groovecityrecordstore so I suggest you don't sleep on this labor of love. Yours Booty-C.com

Christmas in Bangkok w/ Santa @maftsai opened the gates towards Thai Bollywood scores, gritty DIY Disco Molam from Soonthorn Chairanaschot (wow!), Temple Music, jazzy Luk Thung 45s from Laos (sick!), Instrumental Molam from the Northeast and the usual Waipod/Dao Bandon craze which certainly is far from usual. Thank you I'm having a blast back in Hamburg and will share these on the next radio show!

Quite an odd day on the loneliest beach I've seen in a while. During the whole day we saw about 20 people in total but: one of them was @burakete and later we bumped into @m.rux_ and @marthavanstraaten . Now that was truly wonderful.
Thank you @wonderfruitfestival for an amazing festival of musical quality and inspiring humanity! Special thanks to @maftsai (don't sleep BOOM!) for curating two nights of the Neramit stage and to everyone holding it down there! Next stop is Bangkok for another night for those disenfranchised by nightlife at the brilliant @studiolambangkok on Dec. 27. What a place for the last show of the year/decade!
